Your rights under EU Consumer Protection Law

## 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from
your purchase within **14 days** without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party
indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

(except supplementary costs for express delivery).

## Return Conditions

Items must be:

- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

You are liable for diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary
to examine the goods.

## Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- Sealed hygiene products, if unsealed
- Custom or personalized goods
- Sealed audio/video/software, if unsealed

- Perishable goods
- Digital content (if download started with consent)
- Items clearly marked as "Final Sale"

## 2-Year Legal Guarantee

Under EU law, all products come with a **2-year legal guarantee**
against defects. If your item is defective, you have the right to:

- Price reduction or full refund if repair is not possible
