Each message consumes a certain number of credits. ##### Company Data Automatic company data completion from the Commercial Register. Enter VAT number and get complete company information. ##### Security Your credits are protected with a unique token for each database. Only you have access to them. ##### History Complete history of all transactions - purchases and used credits. Transparency in every operation. 10 Free Credits on First Connection ## How to Connect Your Odoo to Polimex IAP Compatible with Odoo 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 (Community & Enterprise) ##### 1 Enable Developer Mode Developer Mode is required to access the System Parameters menu. **Option A: via URL** Add `?debug=1` to your Odoo URL, e.g.: `https://your-odoo.com/odoo?debug=1` **Option B: via Settings** Go to **Settings → General Settings**, scroll down to **Developer Tools** and click **"Activate the developer mode"**. ##### 2 Add System Parameters Go to **Settings → Technical → Parameters → System Parameters**. For each parameter below, click **"New"**, enter the Key and Value, and save. ###### Required | Key | Value | Service | | --- | --- | --- | | `iap.endpoint` | `https://polimex.co` | IAP Credits, Buy Credits | | `iap.partner_autocomplete.endpoint` | `https://polimex.co` | Partner Autocomplete | ###### Optional (if you use these services) | Key | Value | Service | | --- | --- | --- | | `sms.endpoint` | `https://polimex.co` | SMS Messages | | `enrich.endpoint` | `https://polimex.co` | CRM Lead Enrichment | **Important:** If a parameter already exists (e.g. `iap.endpoint`), edit its value instead of creating a new one. Duplicate keys will cause errors. **Odoo 11-14 note:** Partner Autocomplete may not be available in Community Edition for Odoo 11. In Odoo 12-14, the same parameters apply. The `enrich.endpoint` parameter is only available in Odoo 13+. ##### 3 Verify Your IAP Account Go to **Settings → General Settings → Integrations → IAP** 1. Click **"View My Services"** to open the IAP Accounts list 2. You should see accounts for **Partner Autocomplete** (and **SMS** if configured). If there are none, they will be created automatically on first use. 3. Click on an account — the **Balance** field should show your credits. **10 free credits** are added automatically when your Odoo connects to Polimex IAP for the first time. 4. *(Optional)* Set an **Email Alert Threshold** and add **Alert Recipients** to receive a notification when credits run low. ##### 4 Start Using Services You're ready! Try these services: **Partner Autocomplete** Create a new contact, set country to **Bulgaria**, and start typing a **company name** or **VAT number** (EIK). Matching companies will appear as suggestions and data will be filled automatically! Search: free | Enrichment: 1 credit **SMS Messages** Send SMS directly from contacts, sales orders, or any record with a phone number. Requires `sms.endpoint` parameter. 1 credit per SMS ##### Troubleshooting **Balance shows 0 or error?** Check that `iap.endpoint` is set to `https://polimex.co` (no trailing slash). Verify your server can reach this address. **Partner Autocomplete not working?** Make sure both `iap.endpoint` and `iap.partner_autocomplete.endpoint` are set. Select **Bulgaria** as country before entering the VAT number. **SMS not sending?** Add the `sms.endpoint` parameter. Without it, Odoo sends SMS requests to the default Odoo server, not to Polimex. **"Technical" menu not visible?** You need **Developer Mode** enabled (see Step 1). Also, you must be an administrator of the Odoo instance. **Official Data Source** Partner Autocomplete uses official data from the **Commercial Registry of the Republic of Bulgaria**.
